Covid-19 Safety Plan

As our TRIBE Team begins to tour again, the health and safety of our participants and their families remains our top priority. Please reference our COVID-19 safety plan below to see the changes we have implemented to create the safest experience possible for our dancers, as well as faculty. As always, we pride ourselves on tailoring each of our events toward the hosting studios' desires. If you are hosting an event and would like stricter guidelines, do not hesitate to reach out!

TRIBE Dance thanks you in advance for your continual trust, unwavering support, patience and  understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times.

Safety guidelines

  • Regardless of the City or State guidelines of each event location, masks are required for participants and their family members that enter the studio space,  as well as faculty. Face coverings can be removed only when actively eating or drinking. Face shields, mesh masks or bandanas will not be accepted. If you have medical reasoning for not wearing a mask, please contact us.

  • We are asking all participants who show any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been around anyone with COVID-19 in the two weeks leading up to the event, to not attend. Our TRIBE Team will follow the same procedures.

  • Our intensives have always focused on keeping class sizes small to ensure an intimate training experience with personalized attention between students and educators. We will now cap rooms based on the capacity of each event space and the corresponding city/state guidelines.

  • To make your shopping experience as contact- free as possible, THRIVE Supply merchandise will not be available at the event. We will be taking pre-orders instead. Two weeks prior to the event date participants can purchase their merchandise online and select for it to be picked up at the event city. We will bring your merchandise with us! If you miss the window to pre-order, we will also have a QR at the event that will allow you to buy and ship the products directly to you.

  • Our team will be checking temperatures at the entrance door for additional safety measures. All participants will be required to have their temperature taken before entering the studio space.

  • To make check-in as convenient and contact-free as we can, we have gone digital with our liability waivers. We have also added a portion regarding COVID-19. We prefer you sign and send your liability waiver prior to the event, however, if you are unable to we will have a QR code available to do so at the event.

  • If you are hosting an event with multiple levels, lunch times will be staggered to ensure social distancing and safety while unmasked.
