TRIBE Studio Care Initiative: Infinity Dance Productions

Dance with Seth Robinson, Jeff Wolfe, Ashley Zachary-Eschler, Callie Croom, Rachael Lee, & Mia Williams. Classes will take place in an interactive zoom meeting. All participants will be required to have their videos on during all of the classes to facilitate the highest level of faculty interaction. Zoom links for the different levels will be provided to participants via the email that is provided during registration.

*Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a series of exercises, specifically created to target the muscle groups used during a ballet class. Many of these exercises require the use of additional equipment, mainly a fusion ball and a Yoga ball. If you do not own or have access to this equipment, don’t fret! The use of a couch pillow, - or several pillows to mimic a yoga ball - volleyball, or basket ball can work in place of this equipment. Make sure you bring your equipment/alternatives for this class on Sunday. Looking forward to working with all of you! -Callie
